Our annual kickoff meeting for the year was filled with excitement and laughter as we discussed the astounding growth we saw from 2011 to 2012. New Domain Living went from 23 closings in 2011 to an incredible 77 contracts last year. We are excited to watch that trend continue!
The kickoff meeting detailed our plans for 2013 including expanding our Pinellas branch and moving our Headquarters mid-year. The big move from our current headquarters in Southtown Park will entail moving the hospitality and presentation center to South MacDill Avenue in Ballast Point. Stay tuned for more details about that.

We are pleased to share that our company has hit the ground running since its start in late 2010: Domain Homes, a division of New Domain Living, experienced a remarkable first full year in the Tampa market in 2011 with revenues exceeding $7M.
At the same time, New Domain Living expanded its operations team, started a real estate brokerage division, sponsored events for well-known local charities, and hosted several successful events for real estate pros and current and prospective homeowners.
Also worth celebrating is the fact that after the December 2011 grand opening of our model home in Southtown Park, a gated community near historic Port Tampa, 15 homes are already under contract, according to Tim Terpening who heads up our Domain Homes and Domain Realty sales team.
