At the catered event, Tim explained Domain’s philosophy as a homebuilder and highlighted our commitment to a quality experience for both our agents and their customers. Janet then spoke about the different parts of the Tampa Bay area where Domain is building new homes and outlined our current promotions, including our Realtor Rewards program.
It was a terrific event with many questions that were asked and answered as well as several follow up calls for more information. Over the past two and a half years, Tampa residents have gotten used to seeing Domain Homes’ flags and signs at our construction sites and on our new homes for sale in South Tampa. Now these colorful flags are getting some attention at our new homes in Pinellas County.

Being so close to MacDill Air Force Base, we have helped many military members and their families find the homes of their dreams. There has been big news in the military community in the Tampa Bay area as Marine General James Mattis (left) relinquished command to Army General Lloyd Austin III (center) on Friday, March 22.
The ceremony, held at MacDill Air Force Base, anointed Austin as the new commander of Centcom, which is the headquarters for U.S. military operations in the Middle East. He is taking over as the majority of U.S. forces are slated to leave Afghanistan next year after more than a decade of war and the transitioning of security responsibilities to the Afghan people.
Held under tight security, the ceremony was attended by dignitaries and high-ranking military officials, including Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel (right). The new Centcom commander said, “it really is wonderful to be back here in Tampa and be part of this special community”.

Domain Homes had an amazing 2012 and we are looking forward to continued success for 2013!
Our annual kickoff meeting for the year was filled with excitement and laughter as we discussed the astounding growth we saw from 2011 to 2012. New Domain Living went from 23 closings in 2011 to an incredible 77 contracts last year. We are excited to watch that trend continue!
The kickoff meeting detailed our plans for 2013 including expanding our Pinellas branch and moving our Headquarters mid-year. The big move from our current headquarters in Southtown Park will entail moving the hospitality and presentation center to South MacDill Avenue in Ballast Point. Stay tuned for more details about that.

Domain Homes closed 2012 with record sales and an exciting start to the new year.
The past 12 months have set a new record with an increase of 174% in homes sold from 2011! Our dedicated team and beautiful homes have established a new standard in the industry and we couldn’t be happier.
With over $16 million in sales in 2012, Domain Homes exceeded all expectations and has started 2013 with an incredible upward trend. We welcomed two New Home Specialists last year, Janet Jackson and Michelle Brigandi, who have been wonderful additions to the New Domain Living family. We also added Pinellas County to our expanding repertoire of market areas.

The 2nd Annual Domain Homes Holiday Celebration this past December was an amazing event focused on helping military families in our area. The entire New Domain Living family enjoyed spending time together and decorating 20 Christmas trees that were later donated to military families from MacDill Air Force Base.

Domain Homes is excited to celebrate our second annual Family Holiday Celebration this Saturday, December 1st. The event is a special occasion for Domain homeowners to spend time together before the busy holiday season.

Domain Homes recently hosted a special Broker Open House in one of our gorgeous inventory homes. The event brought together several Coldwell Banker offices in our area. We feel fortunate to have built excellent working relationships with these offices over the past two years. As appreciation for all of their support, the lunch was to say thank you for being a part of our success story!
Thanks to many of these offices and their incredible agents, many of our beautiful homes have sold very quickly. Two agents in particular have had quite the competition as they have sold eight Domain Homes between them!
As a special thank you, Sharon McSwain, President of Domain Homes, was on hand to congratulate and thank everyone and energized them for an exciting 2013 with news of our expansion into Pinellas County!
